# Every content gap becomes a writeable brief

> Every content gap becomes a brief. Reads the topic map, writes what is missing.

Reads the gaps a topic map found and turns each into a brief: the question, the audience, what it must answer, and which claims it may use.

## What you need

- none required

## Goal prompt

Give this to your agent. Replace anything in <angle brackets> with your own.

```
Read the topic map for <company> and take every cluster marked as a gap. For
each, write a brief naming the question it must answer, who is asking it,
what the page has to cover, and which proven claims it may cite. Mark any
gap that belongs to a different property rather than this one. Never write
the page.
```

## Verifier prompt

Run this as a second, separate agent. It grades the first one's work and must be
able to fail. A checker that never fails is not a checker.

```
Open every brief. FAIL if a brief exists for a gap that is not in the topic
map, if a brief cites a claim that is not in the claims file, if a brief has
no audience, or if the loop wrote a page rather than a brief. Otherwise PASS.
```

## Stopping condition

Every gap in the topic map has exactly one brief, or a reason it was skipped, and the verifier marks PASS.

## How to run it

1. Save this file into your project, for example `.claude/loops/brief-from-gap.md`.
2. Open your agent in that project (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex).
3. Paste the goal prompt, with your own values in place of the angle brackets.
4. When it stops, start a fresh session and paste the verifier prompt.
5. Read the verdict before you accept any change.

## What happened when we ran it

Last run 2026-09-25 on vibemarketers.ai.

- Baseline: A topic map with 11 unanswered buyer questions and no mechanism to turn any of them into something a writer could pick up.
- Result: 1 gap read and 1 brief written, after a questions page closed the other 10. The brief was marked as belonging to SuperMarketers rather than the lab, because it asks how work follows through to revenue.
- What this does not prove: A brief is not a page and this loop has not shown that briefs written this way produce good pages. It ran against a single remaining gap, which is too small a sample to claim the format works.
- Cost: 0 human touches, 3 minutes, $0.00

## Inside a company

- Problem it solves: Content gaps get found and then sit in a spreadsheet because nobody turns them into something writeable.
- Source of truth it reads: The topic map and the claims and proof file.
- What it may do: Read gaps, write briefs, flag out of scope gaps. Never write a page, never invent a claim.
- Who approves: The content owner approves each brief before anyone writes against it.
- Who owns it: Content lead
- How you measure it: Share of gaps with a brief, and share of briefs that became pages.
